Bixiao Xiaoxcan is Ultraman Jack: his real name is "Return", and he was once called "New Man". The name was added later when it was broadcast in the United States. It was originally used for Taylor, but "HI JACK" in Japan was not a good word at the time, so it was thrown to the current Jack.
