The business license of individual industrial and commercial households will not be automatically cancelled without annual inspection, but it will be listed in the business exception list by the administrative department for industry and commerce. Business license is a certificate issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce to industrial and commercial enterprises and individual operators to engage in certain production and business activities. Its format shall be uniformly stipulated by the State Administration of Market Supervision. Without a business license, industrial and commercial enterprises or individual operators are not allowed to start business, engrave official seals, sign contracts, register trademarks or advertise, and banks are not allowed to open accounts.
The registered items include: name, address, person in charge, amount of funds, economic composition, business scope, business mode, number of employees, business period, etc. Business licenses are divided into originals and duplicates, which have the same legal effect. The original shall be placed in a prominent position in the company's domicile or business premises, and the business license shall not be forged, altered, leased, lent or transferred.
Annual inspection means annual inspection, but it is more colloquial than annual inspection. Annual inspection refers to the annual or biennial inspection of automobile safety, including all-round inspection of horn, brake, axle load, chassis, ignition system, lighting system, exhaust system and license plate installation. Annual review refers to the annual routine review. Annual inspection usually refers to the inspection of some formal IC cards, and it is often used in life. Such as meal tickets, shopping membership cards and other items are usually called "annual review".
Article 15 of the Regulations on Individual Industrial and Commercial Households, the registration authority shall include individual industrial and commercial households that fail to fulfill their annual reporting obligations in the business exception list, and publicize them to the public on the enterprise credit information publicity system.
Article 16 The registration authority and relevant administrative authorities shall publish the conditions, procedures, time limit, catalogue of all materials to be submitted and charging standards of individual industrial and commercial households on government websites and offices in a way that is easy for the public to know.
The registration authority and the relevant administrative organs shall provide guidance and inquiry services for the applicant to apply for administrative license and handle registration.
