4 network research reports

In today's society, reports are no strangers to us, and the contents of different reports are different. So how do you write a general report? The following are four online research reports that I compiled for you, for reference only. Let's have a look.

Internet research report 4 articles 1 1, spam and online deception will be based on "social networks"

Undoubtedly, 20xx is the year that social networking sites have been attacked the most so far. But compared with 20xx years, these attacks may not be worth mentioning at all. Security problems such as the koobface worm have brought great troubles to users of social networking sites, but these malicious softwares will still infect users' computers first and then steal information. But now, security experts believe that malware authors will further expand the scope of attacks and implant malware into social networking applications. With this virus, whether users visit social networking sites or not, hackers can steal users' data and login passwords without restrictions.

In its 20xx annual security report, Cisco revealed the impact of social media, especially social networks, on network security, and discussed the key role that people, rather than technology, played in creating opportunities for cybercrime. Social networking has quickly become a hotbed of cyber crime, because members of these websites trust other members of their communities too much and fail to take preventive measures to stop malicious software and computer viruses. The combination of small vulnerabilities, bad user behavior and expired security software will be potentially destructive and may greatly increase the risk of network security. In view of the above, 20xx social network may bring more "surprises" to my information security!

2. Cloud computing has become a new hotbed for hackers.

Cloud computing has made great progress in 20xx, but we should also realize that the rapid development of the market will sacrifice certain security. Attackers will spend more time exploring api (Application Programming Interface) vulnerabilities of cloud computing service providers.

Undoubtedly, more and more it functions have been provided through cloud computing, and cybercrime has also complied with this trend. Fortinet, a security vendor, predicts that cyber crime will learn from the concept of "security-as-a-service" and build a special brand of "cyber crime as a service". Cybercrime will also follow the example of enterprises and use cloud-based tools to deploy long-range attacks more efficiently and even greatly expand the scope of attacks.

In view of the severe problem that cloud computing will be exploited by hackers, major security companies and technicians focus on security services related to cloud computing, and provide various solutions such as encryption, directory and management, anti-spam and malicious programs. It is reported that vb 00, a well-known security evaluation agency, calls on the security industry to unite and form a * * * body to fight against malicious programs and share technology and resources. Perhaps this proposal can develop into a substantive stage in 20xx.

3. A large number of mac computers are infected by viruses or hacked.

The economic crisis not only didn't hurt Apple's interests, but further improved its performance. However, security experts said that as the market share increased, mac had to face more hacker attacks. In the past few years, Apple's pc market share has increased from 0% to 2%, and there is no sign of slowing down. At the same time, Apple accounts for 90% of the notebook computers that cost more than $000, but the attacks on iphone (mobile Internet access) and macbook have gradually attracted the attention of the outside world. Security experts predict that mac may become the next most vulnerable target. Although most attacks are aimed at windows, there will be more attacks on mac os x in 20xx.

Patrick runald, senior manager of security research at security vendor websense, said: "There is no malware prevention mechanism in Mac OS X." He said that in the cansecwest hacking contest, the MAC has been the first system to be broken for two consecutive years.

4. The security problem of smart phones is becoming more and more serious.

With more and more mobile applications, the attack area of smart devices is also expanding, and the situation of mobile security will become more and more severe. Although we have seen the worm virus on the iphone, although it can't spread itself and depends on the computer, we predict that in 20xx, there will be a virus that can really spread itself, which will seriously threaten devices such as iphone and android.

Roel schouwenberg, a senior malware researcher at Kaspersky Lab, said: "The increasing popularity of android phones and the lack of effective control over the security of third-party applications will lead to the emergence of many high-profile malware."

Generally speaking, security experts believe that as users use smartphones as mini-PCs to handle banking transactions, games, social networking sites and other businesses, hackers will pay more and more attention to this platform.

Search engine has become a new way for hackers to make profits.

Hackers will constantly look for new ways to attract users with the help of phishing websites, and using search engine optimization technology to launch attacks is one of them. Google and Betfair's support for real-time search will also attract hackers to further upgrade related technologies. As an attack channel, search engine is an ideal choice, because users usually trust search engines very much, and there is no doubt about the top search results, which gives hackers the opportunity to attack users.

6. Virtualization has popularized security threats and adapted to this trend.

Similar to the cloud, virtualization technology will also seize the opportunity of rapid development. Some companies in the industry have begun to study the virtualization of traditional desktop computers. Virtualization can not only provide very high security, but also facilitate cooperation and improve efficiency.

In addition to virtual desktops with thin clients, enterprises will also begin to study notebook virtual machines as one of the means to create secure enterprise desktops. By using snapshots, virtual machines can be quickly restored to a known security configuration, thus providing a higher level of security for online banking or secure enterprise applications. Work and leisure can be stored on the same hardware as long as they are isolated from each other.

In order to actively respond to the impact of the international financial crisis on our province's foreign trade, help and guide enterprises to establish overseas marketing networks, and explore a broader international market, recently, we conducted a wide-ranging questionnaire survey on the status quo and existing problems of establishing overseas marketing institutions (networks) for electromechanical and high-tech export enterprises in our province, and now we report the investigation as follows:

First, the selection of questionnaire samples

This time, the questionnaire 105 was sent out in the form of electronic documents, and 84 questionnaires were collected, with a feedback rate of 80%. Among them, state-owned enterprises 15, accounting for18%; 54 private enterprises, accounting for 64%; 0/5 foreign-funded enterprises, accounting for 18%. The regional distribution of questionnaire sampling is mainly selected in the economically developed areas of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, accounting for 75%, and other cities and States have also considered it; Sample key enterprises choose large exporters and small and medium-sized enterprises with long-term traditional exports. Therefore, the sample distribution of this questionnaire survey is more scientific, with certain representativeness and reference value.

The municipal and state commercial bureaus and the enterprises under investigation attached great importance to this questionnaire survey, selected special personnel to actively cooperate and fill in the questionnaire carefully, and put forward many practical suggestions, which deepened our understanding of enterprises and had more important guiding significance for our future work.

Second, the basic analysis of the questionnaire

1. From the feedback analysis, 4 1.7% of the electromechanical high-tech and high-tech export enterprises in our province have set up sales organizations overseas, and another 8.3% are in the process of preparation. Most enterprises that set up marketing agencies overseas are private enterprises with stable export performance, and foreign-funded enterprises have a stable global marketing network because of extroversion, accounting for less than 2%.

2. There are 26 enterprises that independently set up overseas sales agencies, accounting for 74.3% of the established enterprises, 9 enterprises that jointly set up, accounting for 25.7%, and 14 enterprises that invited overseas agents, accounting for 40% (the three settings overlap). Explain that enterprises choose to run their own businesses, so that enterprises have full autonomy, avoid contradictions among all parties, and be conducive to the coordination of relations.

3. According to the feedback information, among the three overseas sales organizations, which are self-established, joint venture and foreign agent, they have achieved good results ***20 households (accounting for 58%), 18 households (accounting for 43%) reported general results, and none of them reported poor results.

4. Most foreign marketing agencies have achieved good results, mainly because:

A. reducing intermediate links; B keep abreast of the dynamic information of overseas markets and conduct quick feedback and communication; C. Its own products are competitive (especially enterprises with independent brands); D domestic support for overseas marketing agencies, friendly policies and favorable financial environment of the host country (region).

5. The main reasons that the effect is average or not ideal are:

A. Lack of understanding of the laws, foreign trade and WTO of the host country (region), and lack of solid preparations for the establishment of overseas sales organizations;

B. the local foreign exchange rate changes greatly;

C. Lack of export-oriented talents and certain economic strength, and high cost;

D vicious competition among peers in this country (region), lack of cooperation spirit and effective coordination mechanism;

E. Overseas marketing agencies lack an effective institutional guarantee system in China;

5. There are differences between domestic industry standards and foreign standards, plus foreign technical barriers to trade.

6. The four factors that affect the establishment of overseas marketing agencies are:

A. Twenty-eight enterprises (accounting for 33.3%) think that they lack a comprehensive understanding of overseas countries and are at greater risk;

B There are 27 enterprises (accounting for 32. 1%) because their own financial strength is not strong;

C. There are 22 enterprises (accounting for 26.2%) due to lack of talents;

D 33 enterprises (accounting for 39.3%) think that the cost is too high.

Third, enterprises' ardent expectations of the government.

1. I hope that the government will strengthen multilateral or bilateral economic and trade consultations, reduce and eliminate various technical barriers to foreign trade, and actively sign intergovernmental agreements with relevant countries (regions) such as investment and trade protection agreements, double taxation avoidance agreements, judicial assistance agreements, and economic and trade cooperation agreements, so as to create a relaxed and harmonious marketing environment for overseas enterprises.

2. It is hoped that the government will establish regular and fixed information channels (such as public business information platform) to provide enterprises with relevant overseas market information, introduce partners, and provide timely and effective risk warning and early warning reports for enterprises.

3. I hope the government can give more support in terms of policies and funds, such as supporting the establishment of overseas sales organizations (including online platforms) and financial subsidies for developing the international market (advertising, loan discount, overseas registration, patent protection, life insurance, etc.). ).

4. Free training on setting up export-oriented talents and "policies and business processes related to setting up overseas sales organizations".

5. Daily liaison offices should be established to support enterprises to establish overseas marketing systems, specifically responsible for policy consultation, business and talent training, regular release of overseas market information, risk assessment and prevention, introduction of relevant overseas laws and regulations, coordination of disorderly competition in the same industry, and organization of related enterprises to jointly establish overseas marketing institutions.

6. Further simplify government approval procedures such as entry and exit, customs and commodity inspection. In order to improve work efficiency, the foreign exchange department should simplify the settlement of foreign exchange and solve the problems of too complicated overseas procedures for paying agency fees as soon as possible.

Fourth, our experience and suggestions.

Through this extensive and serious questionnaire survey and analysis, we have a good understanding of the thinking of enterprises in the current international financial crisis environment. Do what? What is the biggest difficulty? What do you want the government to do for him? Through summary and analysis, our experiences and suggestions are as follows:

1. After years of hard work, more than 50% of electromechanical and high-tech export enterprises in our province have overcome many difficulties and established their own marketing networks and institutions abroad. This achievement was hard-won, and it cost a lot of money and hardships. In recent years, the rapid growth of the export of mechanical and electrical products in our province is inseparable from their efforts to explore the international market. Their efforts have played a pioneering role, such as Sany Heavy Industry, Zoomlion and He Shan Intelligent. We should sum up their successful experience and promote it throughout the province. In addition, some enterprises are also actively preparing. We should pay more attention to these enterprises and give specific guidance and support in terms of policies and funds, so that their products can go abroad smoothly as soon as possible.

2. From the survey, another noteworthy phenomenon is that 58% of enterprises with overseas marketing agencies have achieved good results, and almost no enterprises have reported poor results. The enlightenment of this point is that they have set a good demonstration effect for enterprises that have not yet established a marketing system abroad and established firm confidence for government departments at all levels. Commercial departments should take advantage of the situation, sum up experience and lessons, and vigorously promote it, especially in the current international financial crisis.

3. In view of the four factors that affect the establishment of overseas sales network, the competent government departments should take some effective measures to help enterprises overcome difficulties, such as: solving the shortage of talents, holding business training courses and holding business experience exchange meetings; In order to solve the problem of high cost, appropriate financial subsidies can be given according to the export performance, and senior executives and business backbones who intend to set up overseas sales organizations can be organized to conduct overseas inspections.

4. Establish an overseas public service system based on China's overseas institutions, provide overseas trade statistics, trade opportunities, early warning mechanism and relationship coordination for enterprises, and help domestic enterprises understand the distribution environment of the host country (region) and carry out trade activities as soon as possible.

5. In order to encourage and support more enterprises to establish overseas marketing system, it is suggested that relevant government departments increase financial support for establishing overseas marketing service system. The funds are mainly used to support the establishment of overseas sales and after-sales maintenance service agencies (such as venue rental, decoration, advertising, publicity, consulting, insurance, etc.). ) and support small and medium-sized enterprises to jointly establish overseas public sales service platforms.

With the gradual maturity and standardization of the mobile phone online retail market, many domestic and foreign brands have laid out the online market one after another, and many new products have landed in the online market first to seize the market share of mobile phone online retail; Internet companies also use their own advantages to actively cooperate with mobile phone manufacturers and enterprises to collectively seize the mobile phone e-commerce platform. Taobao (including Tmall) and JD.COM have gradually formed two leading online retail markets; Samsung, Apple and Huawei are competing for the Central Plains.

In order to fully understand the changes in the mobile phone online retail market, this report systematically analyzes the brand, e-commerce platform and mobile phone online shopping users, with a view to providing data reference for e-commerce platforms and mobile phone manufacturers to understand the industry pattern, discover their own advantages and disadvantages in time, grasp the user's tendency and formulate product marketing plans reasonably.

1. Overall transaction scale of mobile phone online retail market

In the month of 65438+ 10, the overall transaction scale of mobile phone online retail in China declined slightly. Platform B2C has become the main mode of mobile online shopping.

20xx 65438+ 10 month, 8.095 million mobile phones were sold online, with sales of 1388468 million yuan and average transaction price of 17 15.2 yuan. With the increasingly standardized domestic mobile phone B2C market and the gradual improvement of product lines, more and more users began to choose to buy mobile phones on the B2C platform. Sales of B2C account for 94%, while sales of C2C only account for 6%. The market share of B2C mobile phone transactions in the overall mobile phone online retail market far exceeds that of C2C, and it has become the dominant force of mobile phone online shopping.

2. Share of key brand transactions

Apple is the only one, and domestic mobile phones are also trying to catch up.

20xx 65438+ 10 month, Apple still maintained a dominant market structure, accounting for nearly half of the domestic mobile phone online retail transactions. Domestic high-quality mobile phone manufacturers Huawei and Xiaomi have quickly occupied a place in the online retail market by virtue of their high-performance and low-price product advantages. The joining of rising stars Opal and vivo will make the competition in the future online retail mobile phone market more intense.

3. Distribution of B2C platforms of major brands

JD.COM and Tmall dominate the shipments of major brands, and various platforms are also vying for Apple's share of shipments.

JD.COM, Tmall and Suning have become the main online shipping channels for major mobile phone brands with their rich product capabilities, sensitive response to the online retail mobile phone market and strong user stickiness. Because of its good user experience and deep fan base, Apple has become a key brand that all major platforms are competing to sell.

4. Price analysis of major brands

Samsung and Apple stick to the high-end machine camp, and domestic models seize the market share of low-end machines at the same price.

Most of Samsung's and Apple's products are aimed at high-end people and stick to trading positions of more than 3,000 yuan. Among them, Apple's sales of models above 5,000 yuan accounted for 73.2%, which is because only two or three new models sold by Apple each year cost more than 5,000 yuan. Undeniably, with its good system experience and good hardware configuration, Apple has an overwhelming advantage in the China market with strong consumption power. Domestic models tend to exchange price for quantity and seize the low-end mobile phone market with high cost performance, but the competition between brands is fierce and lacks characteristics, and the user experience needs to be improved.

Apple launched the small-screen SE series, and the old models are still being sold, which indirectly lowered the average price of a single product, but the average price of a product of Apple still exceeded 4,000 yuan. From the data point of view, most new consumers who buy Apple are more inclined to buy new ones instead of old ones and choose higher-priced iphone7 series, so the average transaction price of Apple is greater than the average price of single products. Compared with the high fans of Apple's new models, the domestic brands vivo and Opal have similar performances, and the high-end models of the two brands are more attractive to consumers than the low-end models.

5.5 distribution. B2C platform transaction volume

JD.COM has occupied the dominant position in the B2C market, and the concentration of the mobile phone market of e-commerce platform has intensified.

With the increasing dependence of major mobile phone manufacturers on e-commerce channels, JD.COM Mall has gradually become a key platform for major mobile phone brands. Both established mobile phone manufacturers and upstarts have carried out in-depth strategic cooperation with JD.COM, which has contributed to JD.COM. COM's mobile phones account for 57% and 49% of the B2C market sales to some extent. From the overall market point of view, the competition concentration of e-commerce platforms has intensified, and the monopoly positions of Taobao and JD.COM are unshakable, accounting for more than 80% of the mobile phone online retail market.

6.6 brand distribution. B2C platform

Apple, Xiaomi and Huawei occupy the trading share of major platform brands, and Huawei's sales performance is eye-catching.

Since the second half of 20xx, Xiaomi, Apple and Huawei have successively released a number of new machines. Among them, Apple's iPhone7 series, Huawei's glory series 6X and Xiaomi's Redmi series have won the favor of most consumers with good reputation and publicity, and these three brands have also become the main brands of major B2C platforms. As a local brand, Huawei takes the lead among domestic mobile phone brands with its deep cooperation with major e-commerce platforms and cost-effective products.

7.7 price analysis. B2C platform

Mid-range machines in major platforms have become the main consumer, and the low-end machine market below 1,000 yuan has considerable market potential.

20xx 65438+ 10, the mid-and low-end machines below 20xx have made rapid progress with the advantages of wide audience and affordable price, accounting for more than 70% of the transaction volume of B2C platform. It is worth noting that on the B2C platform, the overall transaction volume of models with a price of more than 5,000 yuan accounts for 9.5%, which reflects the improvement of consumer demand and makes the high-end models owned by a few people in the past popular. In addition, there are fewer mobile phone models with the price range of 3,000-5,000, accounting for less than 6% of the relative sales. Judging from the sales proportion of each platform in different price ranges, 80% of the models sold by Taobao are below 1000 yuan, while the sales of high-end models of self-operated platforms such as Suning.cn, Vipshop and JD.COM are ideal, reflecting that consumers prefer to buy high-end models on self-operated platforms. Self-operated platform provides authentic guarantee and perfect after-sales service, which brings confidence guarantee for shopping and is favored by consumers.

8. Analysis of the characteristics of netizens in the mobile phone online retail market

Mobile online shoppers are mostly men, with the highest proportion in first-tier cities.

According to data observation, more male consumers will buy mobile phones through the Internet. Guangdong and Beijing, where middle-and high-income people are concentrated, became the regions with the highest proportion of mobile phone attention in June 5438+ 10. However, with the rapid increase of low-end machines below 1,000 yuan, cities outside the third line of low income will have greater market demand space.

Low-and middle-income people aged 25-34 are the main force of mobile online shopping, and with the increase of income, the proportion of online shopping people is declining. Therefore, paying attention to the volume of low-end models and the expansion of product lines will win more market share for enterprises.

Meizu, Hammer and Xiaomi are recognized by most men, while Meitu and vivo have powerful self-timer functions to attract young women.

Meizu, Hammer and Xiaomi got more attention from men who pay attention to mobile phones in 20xx 65438+ 10. This is closely related to the commercialization, simplification and intelligent product positioning of the three major brands. Meitu and vivo attract the attention of more young female consumers with their powerful self-timer function, beautiful figure and colorful colors.

The rapid development of Internet technology is mainly reflected in the popularity of home networks and local area networks. According to the functions of industrial and commercial administration and the present situation of Internet development, the related issues of network governance are reported as follows:

1. With the network economy becoming an increasingly popular form of market economy, as the administrative department for industry and commerce, which mainly performs the duties of market supervision, the supervision of the network mainly includes three aspects: regulating the main body of network operation, supervising the behavior of network operation and protecting the rights and interests of network consumers. Standardizing network business entities mainly refers to the registration of network business entities, and supervising network business activities mainly includes unfair competition and network fraud. The protection scope of online consumers' rights and interests is wide, mainly in the following aspects: the performance of online consumption contracts is mainly manifested in delayed performance, defective performance and after-sales service is not guaranteed; The problems of network format contract mainly exist in unfair and unreasonable contents such as reducing and exempting operators' responsibilities; Security of online payment and protection of online consumers' privacy. The State Administration for Industry and Commerce requires strengthening the supervision of the online market, strictly controlling the access of online market participants, and strictly registering operating websites and internet service sites in accordance with the provisions of the State Council's Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services and Regulations on the Administration of Internet Service Sites. In addition, it will also investigate and deal with Internet violations such as false advertisements, commercial fraud, unfair competition, trademark infringement, pyramid schemes, and infringement of consumers' legitimate rights and interests. In fact, the object and content of supervision have always been defined in the above three aspects.

Second, the responsibility of the relevant subjects of network infringement. In addition to the obvious market access behavior, the current network violations are more related to advertising, contracts and unfair competition. Mainly divided into three categories: first, unlicensed and out-of-range network operations. There is a question of whether supervision is in place; The second is unfair competition in the network. It mainly includes false propaganda and false representation, sales below the cost price, conflicts between trademarks and domain names, conflicts between website names and enterprise names, domain names, illegal provision of prize-winning sales (services), unauthorized use of other people's service content by using hyperlink technology, and defamation of other people's business reputation. The third is online commercial fraud. The most common way is to publish false information through the internet to defraud consumers and operators in other places. The responsibility of the subject of network illegal behavior should be clearly defined as the principle of "the actor is responsible". In practice, the illegal behavior of Internet content providers is more prominent. Taking fake companies as an example, Internet service providers often do not have proper and effective review procedures for published content, thus infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties. It can be seen that Internet service providers are often in a passive position when network infringement occurs, but they should bear direct or joint responsibility for the third party whose legitimate rights and interests are damaged anyway.

Thirdly, the administrative authorities for industry and commerce can regulate the network violations according to the Measures for Investigating and Banning Unlicensed Business, the Company Law, the Advertising Law, the Contract Law, the Consumer Protection Law and other laws and regulations, and can impose administrative penalties such as fines, bans and warnings according to the nature and scale of the violations.

Four, the current supervision of the industrial and commercial departments on the market operation behavior mainly includes: First, mandatory regular annual inspection; Second, check in various ways; The third is to trace the case according to the report clues; Fourth, irregular short-term centralized rectification. The above regulatory means have been unable to cope with the ever-changing network market supervision. Generally speaking, the time of network violations is generally relatively short, and the speed of face-lifting is relatively fast. Moreover, due to the huge amount of information on the Internet, it takes considerable manpower and material resources to filter and analyze the network information. Specifically, there are five major problems in the investigation and punishment of network violations by industrial and commercial administrative organs: First, it is difficult to determine the jurisdiction of illegal acts. According to Article 20 of the Administrative Punishment Law and Article 4 of the Interim Provisions on Administrative Punishment Procedures for Industry and Commerce, administrative punishment shall be under the jurisdiction of the place where the illegal act occurred. However, the Internet is not limited by time, time and national boundaries. Anyone can access the Internet as long as they have access conditions. Wherever you can surf the Internet, you may see illegal online advertisements. How to define the place of occurrence and jurisdiction of illegal acts is a big problem. Second, it is difficult to identify illegal evidence. The key to investigate and deal with network violations lies in the identification of evidence, and online electronic documents can be arbitrarily modified without leaving any trace, so the probative force of online evidence is controversial, electronic evidence is easy to be lost or deleted at will, and the parties can completely deny the illegal facts. Third, it is difficult to find a legal basis. The particularity of network management behavior makes the existing laws and regulations unable to fully meet the needs of network behavior supervision, which brings difficulties to administration according to law. Fourth, it is difficult to investigate the illegal responsibility. In cyberspace, the subject of illegal acts does not disclose the real business address and name, so even if there is the real address and name of the person in charge, some offenders are far from home, and some are shell companies themselves, so it is extremely difficult to implement administrative punishment. Fifth, it is difficult to implement law enforcement measures. It mainly includes: the hardware facilities of network supervision are not in place, there is no software equipment to monitor network behavior, and it is unrealistic to supervise network violations only by manpower.

The solution of verb (verb's abbreviation) network infringement and the perfection of laws and regulations. At present, there are no laws and regulations on industrial and commercial administration that specifically regulate network violations in China. The Measures for the Governance of Internet Information Services and the Regulations on the Governance of Internet Service Sites currently applied by industrial and commercial authorities focus on market access and information network security, and do not involve online advertisements, contracts and unfair competition. However, at present, there are no clear industrial and commercial administrative laws and regulations to adjust personal online advertising, online contracts and unfair competition. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the existing laws and regulations and join the supervision of network violations. In practice, there is a saying that the supervision of network behavior should gradually change from the direct supervision of the industrial and commercial departments to the self-discipline of the industry, but for the online merchants who pursue economic interests, they obviously lack the initiative of self-discipline. The most important way to solve network infringement is through legal means, so as to ensure the establishment and improvement of an effective market self-discipline system. According to the above analysis, we can draw the following conclusions: the law must enforce the obligations of network operators, especially the obligations of network service providers. Whether it is online fraud or other illegal acts, it will inevitably be released through Internet service providers. If the latter does not have the necessary review procedures, all regulatory efforts will be wasted. Therefore, strengthening the supervision of network information publishers is the only way to eradicate the network market. According to the principle of territorial governance and the current experience of economic household registration governance, it is feasible to supervise the illegal behavior of Internet service providers nationwide.
