What is the difference between the Anwei Hitachi wheeled excavator and the Japanese imported wheeled excavator?

There are two differences between Anwei Hitachi wheeled excavators and Japanese imported wheeled excavators in the following two aspects.

1. The difference in appearance is on the right side of the Hitachi trademark on the front end of the boom, next to the Hitachi HITACHI trademark. The imported machine has a logo but the domestic assembly machine does not. This logo is the permanent representative of Hitachi’s domestic general agent. The identification of the construction machine. The cab glass is on the upper left side of the cab glass. The imported machine has a mark indicating the country of origin. The mark indicates which factory the machine was assembled and produced. The domestic assembly machine does not have this mark. There will be an IMPORT import mark above the model number of imported machinery and equipment. Domestic assembly machines do not have this mark. The origin on the equipment nameplate is also different. The nameplate will indicate the place where the machine was produced, and the manufacturing number is also different. The manufacturing number of domestically assembled machines means HHE means Hefei Hitachi Excavators.

2. Production cost. The steel used in Hitachi’s imported machines is Australian high-quality steel. It is produced on the same production line as Hitachi excavators used in Japan, Europe and the United States, and adopts the same quality standards. The assembly is performed in a constant-temperature assembly workshop, and the machine accuracy is higher. The difference between assembly in a constant-temperature assembly workshop and an ordinary workshop is when the machine encounters the problem.
