6. Exhibition process

Submit an exhibition application → determine the booth number and exhibition amount → fill in the exhibition application form → pay the exhibition fee deposit → submit a copy of the business license → Exhibition confirmation → Provide company information → Pay the balance → Refer to the exhibition instructions to prepare for the exhibition → Go through the exhibition formalities on site → Participate in the exhibition → Move out

7. Things to note

1 ) Booth arrangements are handled on the principle of “first registration, first payment, first arrangement”. The organizing committee reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the booths based on overall exhibition needs.

2) After signing the exhibition contract, the exhibitor must pay a booth fee of RMB 70 as a deposit and settle the balance within 7 days before the start of the exhibition. Otherwise, the organizer will not reserve the booth. 3) Exhibitors must provide copies of business license, health license, product quality inspection report, health inspection report, agent distribution qualification authorization certificate, etc. to the organizing committee of the conference.

4) Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from bringing counterfeit and shoddy products to the exhibition. Private transfer, rental, and combination of booths are prohibited. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the exhibitor.

8. Publicity and Promotion

1) Establish a cooperative relationship with XX Daily and XX TV Station to increase media publicity and promotion;

2) Print 5 Tens of thousands of invitations to visit were issued, and staff were dispatched to relevant institutions, enterprises, advertisers, advertising companies, and dealers in XX to distribute invitations one-on-one to invite them to visit and purchase at the conference;

 3) Organizing unit editor Print the exhibition journal and publish company directories and profiles for exhibitors free of charge.

And distribute it widely to visitors, cooperative units, Chinese and foreign exhibitors, industry authorities, etc.; 4) Short-term outdoor advertising placement on key road sections around the exhibition venue and XX key business blocks;

8) During the exhibition, free shopping shuttles will be arranged to facilitate citizens to purchase at the exhibition;
