A registered trademark refers to a trademark approved and registered by the State Trademark Office. An unregistered trademark, also known as an unregistered trademark, refers to a trademark that is used by itself without the approval and registration of the national trademark authority. The legal status of unregistered trademarks and registered trademarks is different. Article 6 of the Trademark Law Where a registered trademark is required by laws and administrative regulations, an application for trademark registration must be made. Without approval and registration, it may not be sold in the market. Article 7 The application for registration and use of trademarks shall follow the principle of good faith. A trademark user shall be responsible for the quality of the goods in which he uses the trademark. The administrative departments for industry and commerce at all levels shall stop cheating consumers through trademark management.
