" Four. Article 9 is amended as: "The term of validity of famous trademarks in Yunnan Province is five years, counting from the date of recognition. If it is necessary to continue the identification upon the expiration of the validity period, it shall apply to the provincial administrative department for industry and commerce for extension within 3 months before the expiration. If no application is submitted during this period, it can be extended for three months. If no application is made at the expiration of the exhibition period, its famous trademark shall be cancelled from the date of the expiration of the exhibition period.

Each renewal is valid for 5 years.

Upon examination, if the application for renewal meets the conditions stipulated in Article 5 of these Measures, it shall be recognized and published. "

This decision shall come into force on September 1 day, 1965.

The Measures for the Identification and Protection of Famous Trademarks in Yunnan Province shall be revised according to this decision and re-promulgated.
