On June 5th, 199, the Ministry of Light Industry approved Changlu Huanghua Salt Field in Hebei Province as "the key enterprise of national light industry".

On December 1th, 1996, China National Salt Industry Corporation awarded the certificate of "Designated Salt Production Enterprise".

On September 28th, 21, Cangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government decided to take charge of Cangzhou Changhua Salt Field.

on March 29th, 22, with the approval of Cangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, Hebei Changlu Huanghua Salt Industry Co., Ltd. and Cangzhou Changhua Salt Field jointly established Hebei Changlu Cangzhou Salt Industry Group Company and held an unveiling ceremony.
