(1) Required documents:

1. Application for trademark registration (provided by agency) in duplicate

. If the applicant is an enterprise, group or organization, a copy of the business license is required. If the applicant is a natural person, a copy of the ID card (mainland) is required, and a Taiwanese certificate or passport is required for other countries or regions; (where an individual applies for registration, he/she must also provide the corresponding legal business qualification certificate, such as the individual industrial and commercial registration certificate of an individual industrial and commercial household)

4. Goods or services to be registered.

5. Clear black-and-white trademark patterns 6 pieces of paper or electronic files (6 pieces of color patterns and 2 pieces of black-and-white ink drafts are required if the color is specified), with specifications ranging from 5cm×5cm to 1cm×1cm

6. Priority document (if priority is required) The so-called priority refers to the fact that the trademark to be registered has been registered abroad or exhibited for the first time at a trade fair held and recognized by international or domestic government departments.

(3) Costs:

Applying for a trademark is based on the principle of one trademark and one application. The cost of a single trademark application is 1,8 yuan (foreign-related: 2,8 yuan), which is limited to 1 small commodities in the same category (including 1). If there are more than 1, 1 yuan will be added for each one. It is valid for 1 years. If the design of icons is entrusted to you, the cost will be per 1 yuan, and the icons that have been conceived can be arranged free of charge.
