Among the first-level indicators, the special fund investment for brand development, the number of domestically valid registered trademarks, the number of well-known trademarks, the proportion of the added value of independent brand enterprises in GDP, the value of trademark infringement administrative cases, the scale development level of trademark agencies and annual independent brands The growth rate of enterprise added value is taken as the core indicator. The "Report" shows that the overall development status of regional trademark brands in the province is good, but regional differences are not small. Suzhou, Nanjing, Wuxi, Nantong, and Yangzhou ranked among the top five in the comprehensive ranking and core indicator index ranking respectively. Since 2010, our province has begun to implement a trademark strategy. During the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period, the number of valid registered trademarks in our province reached 520,000, which was 1.79 times that at the end of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period. Since 2014, our province's trademark brands have entered an active period, and there is an urgent need for a scientific and reasonable evaluation system to provide a clear basis for the development of trademark and brand construction in various places. According to the guidance, all localities can compare their strengths and weaknesses to carry out targeted development. "Wu Yongcai, deputy director of the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, said that in the process of implementing supply-side reforms, trademarks and brands are an important starting point. Brands regulate market resources and guide economic transformation and upgrading. The "Report" will be released regularly every year, and the core indicators are not static.
