The IC cards issued by our company are divided into three categories: IC card discount ride card (hereinafter referred to as discount card), IC card ordinary ride card (hereinafter referred to as ordinary card) and all-in-one card (hereinafter referred to as T card).
1, discount card. This kind of card has a large discount range, regardless of the city or suburb, but it must be used on a monthly basis (quarter and period), and the balance in the card after that month (quarter and period) is invalid.
(1) Adult discount monthly (seasonal) card (one card). The distribution target is limited to the permanent residents of this city and the temporary residents who have obtained temporary residence permits, and no photos are taken. All recharge points can apply for and recharge. The monthly price is 50 yuan/piece (the quarterly price is 150 yuan/piece). When this month (season) is not enough, it can be recharged as needed, and the recharge amount is added by 5 yuan. The amount in the card is valid in the current month (quarter) and invalid after that month (quarter). 50% of the fare of each line will be deducted when riding (the "K" car on the same line is an ordinary car), and the card can be recharged 1 month in advance.
(2) student discount card (B card). The distribution target is limited to full-time senior high schools (including three-year junior high schools, technical schools and vocational high schools), junior high schools and primary schools approved by Hangzhou Education Commission. Students under the age of 18 need to post photos, and apply for recharging at the IC card management center with their valid documents (student handbook and student ID card) and one-inch bareheaded recent photo. Student monthly discount card 25 yuan/card, student monthly discount card 150 yuan/card. When this month (period) is not enough, it can be recharged as needed, and the recharge amount is accumulated in 3 yuan. The amount in the card is valid in the current month (period) and invalid after that month (period). When riding, 25% of the fare of each line (the "K" car on the same line is deducted by the ordinary car). Student discount monthly cards can be recharged one month in advance of this school year. The student discount card can only be used by me in the current month (period), and must be verified when getting on the bus, and reviewed once every academic year.
2. Ordinary card (D card). Photos are free, and all recharge points in urban areas can apply for recharge. The card can be used by many people at the same time, and can be used across years and months. The top-up amount is the lowest in 50 yuan and the highest in 500 yuan (the highest balance in the card is 550 yuan). When you take the bus with your card, it will be charged at 0% of the fare of the 965438+ line.
3.t card. "T-card", which is called Hangzhou Public Transport Card, is an ic card with the function of ordinary bus card (D-card) that can be used in taxis with ic card car toll collectors installed in Hangzhou. In addition, T-card can also open an adult discount area according to the application, which has the function of an adult discount card. The scope of application of T-card discount zone is the same as that of adult discount card (A-card). T-cards are sold anonymously, and there are no photos and loss reports, but many people can swipe their cards by car at the same time, use them across the years and months, and return them. At present, T-card can only be recharged in Hangzhou Public Transport ic Card Management Center (Longxiangqiao), and the maintenance fee in 25 yuan and the bus fare not lower than that in 50 yuan must be paid when applying. In the future, you can gradually recharge in Hangzhou bus recharge outlets, with the lowest recharge in 50 yuan and the highest recharge in 900 yuan. The maximum consumption limit of T card is 550 yuan. When the balance in the card is insufficient or one ride exceeds the maximum limit, cash can be used to make up the difference; When you take the bus with your card, it will be charged at 0% of the fare of the 965438+ line. If the preferential area function is enabled, it will be charged in priority according to the regulations on the use of preferential cards, that is, 50% of the fare of the line (air-conditioned cars on the same line will be charged according to the fare of ordinary cars). At present, T card does not have the function of opening the student discount card area (B card).
4. When you apply for a new card for the first time, 25 yuan maintenance fee will be charged for each card. When applying, you must fill in the IC card application registration form with your ID card or other valid documents, so as to go through the formalities of reporting the loss, returning the card and replacing it. When passengers need to re-apply for IC cards due to loss reporting or damage, 30 yuan maintenance fee will be charged for each card. After passengers apply for recharging, they can check the amount in the card at the recharging point (no charge is deducted).
5. There is an electronic wallet area in all kinds of discount cards, and passengers can recharge according to their needs. The recharge amount, usage method and ride range are the same as those of ordinary cards (D cards). 2
Second, the instructions for use
1, IC card can be recharged for a long time. Student discount card (B card) shall not be lent or fraudulently used. Once found, drivers and passengers have the right to collect the card and hand it over to the IC card management center for handling. At the same time, according to the regulations of Hangzhou Passenger Transport, passengers who violate the rules will be punished.
2. When a passenger with an IC card gets on the bus and swipes the card, the card plane must be close to the swipe area of the car toll collector (within 7 cm) before swiping the card. You can also put it in your bag and wallet and swipe your card in the designated swipe area. Don't swipe your card too fast, and don't shake it from side to side continuously to avoid unconfirmed or overcharged.
3. When using IC card to swipe the card by car, the car toll collector has corresponding sound and light prompts for all kinds of cards, and displays the deduction amount.
(1) When taking the bus, if the deduction amount is less than the amount of one ride, you are allowed to take the bus once. At the same time, the car toll opportunity will give a voice prompt of "please recharge", and passengers are requested to recharge at each recharge point in time. When passengers use the T-card to take a taxi, if the balance is insufficient or the maximum recharge limit of the T-card is exceeded once, the difference should be made up in cash.
⑵ When the amount in the card is zero, the on-board toll booth will send out "Please coin in" or related voice prompts, and passengers should consciously coin in or pay according to the line fare or the actual amount of the meter.
(3) When the balance of various discount cards exceeds the effective use period, the car toll opportunity will give a voice prompt of "Card is invalid" or "Please coin", and the red light will be on, asking passengers to consciously coin according to the line fare.
(4) When the card swiping method is incorrect (such as too fast and improper use), the car toll opportunity will give a voice prompt of "Please swipe your card again", and the red light will be on. Passengers should swipe their cards again in the right way or consult drivers and passengers in time.
5] In case of "illegal card", the toll collector will make a short "clang clang" sound, and the red light will be on, so the driver and passenger have the right to collect the card.
4. When passengers are in doubt about the car toll collection machine, they can ask the driver and passenger to inquire about the charging record of the card on the car toll collection machine, or write down the car number and line of the car, and go to the IC card management center for inspection and handling without affecting the normal work of the driver and passenger and other passengers.
5. When the car toll collector can't work normally, the passengers with cards should follow the guidance of the drivers and passengers, take the initiative to show their cards or transfer to the next bus.
6. Drivers and passengers have the right to confiscate "illegal cards". If you have any objection, you can issue an IC card withholding certificate at the terminal with the vehicle and go to the IC card management center within three days.
The use of the following IC cards belongs to the collection scope of drivers and passengers:
(1) using an IC card whose loss has been reported by others, or retrieving it after loss reporting, and using it again without canceling the loss reporting registration;
(2) fraudulent use of other people's student discount cards;
(3) IC cards not issued by the Company.
7.IC cards should be properly kept to ensure effective use. Do not bend, break, bake, punch or soak, and the plastic envelope shall not open by itself. The IC card is invalid, and the passengers are responsible for it.
Three, report the loss, change the card, return the card, query method.
1, report the loss.
(1) Except for T-card, passengers lose their IC cards. Please report the loss to the IC card management center in time with valid certificates and the IC card application registration form. After checking and confirming, go through the formalities of loss reporting and fill in the registration form of IC card loss reporting, and at the same time reissue a new card, and the balance in the original card will be transferred to the new card.
(2) If the IC card is found again after reporting the loss, it should be cancelled at the IC card management center immediately, and it can still be used after three days. If the replacement card needs to be returned, it shall be handled in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 3.
2. change the card. If the IC card can't be used normally for some reason, you can apply for a registration form with the certificate used when purchasing the card and the IC card to the IC card management center for verification. Quality problems are replaced free of charge, and passengers need to pay a maintenance fee, 30 yuan (the maintenance fee for bad cards is not refundable).
The following conditions belong to man-made damage:
(1) No ferrule, the ferrule is broken;
⑵ There are water marks in the sleeve or holes are punched in the sleeve;
(3) The jacket is separated up and down or severely bent and deformed;
(4) other man-made damage;
(5) There is no card face number or the card face number cannot be recognized.
3. Return the card. IC cards can be returned according to passengers' requirements. When returning the card, you need to bring your ID card or valid certificate and IC card application registration form to the IC card management center. After verifying the certificate and card number and ensuring that the IC card is in good condition, the card can be returned.
(1) When returning the card, the IC card maintenance fee will be charged according to the 0.5 yuan of each card every month (calculated in January for less than one month), and the balance will be refunded.
(2) When ordinary cards (D cards) and T cards are returned, 90% of the balance in the cards will be returned, and a handling fee of 65438+ 0% of the balance in the cards will be charged. For all kinds of discount monthly cards, 50% of the balance in the card will be returned before 10 (inclusive) of the current month, and 20% of the balance in the card will be returned before 20 (inclusive), and the handling fee of 1% of the balance in the card will be charged. After 2 1 day, the balance in the card will not be refunded. For the next month's amount charged in advance, the discount period (quarterly) card will deduct the monthly card amount of the previous month (including the month when the card is returned), return the balance of the remaining months, and charge a handling fee of 1%. No card refund will be processed after 2 1 day every month. The method of returning cards in the electronic wallet area of various discount cards is the same as that of ordinary cards (D).
