Why should there be an R after the trademark?
China's laws stipulate the labeling of registered trademarks. Article 26 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Trademark Law stipulates: "The use of a registered trademark shall be marked with the words" registered trademark "or a registration mark (note) or (r). If it is inconvenient to mark, it should be marked on the packaging or instructions of the goods and other accessories. " We can see two meanings in this provision: 1. Registered trademarks should be marked. The law seems to be mandatory, and its original intention is that you must show it to the public if you are a registered trademark. As for where to mark it, there is no restriction, and it can be on the goods, packaging, instructions or other places. 2. Marking method of registered trademarks. According to Chinese laws, there are only three ways to mark a registered trademark, namely, adding four Chinese characters after the registered trademark: 1 and "registered trademark", 2. The word "note", note the outer ring, 3. The words "R" and circles other than R. Any other way is illegal.
