This situation is very common. If there is sufficient trial basis and evidence, it can be prosecuted directly, in the place where the infringement occurred, or in the court where the infringer is located. If there is not enough factual evidence, the infringer can be reported to the local industrial and commercial bureau for making and selling fake goods. Either or both of these two methods can be carried out together.
