In the 1970s, the taste of Guizhou Daqu was quite good as a whole. It was elegant to open a bottle and smell it. Although the entrance of Guizhou Daqu is not elegant and supple, it will not be exciting. Although the aroma is positive, it doesn't feel very strong, and the aftertaste is slightly bitter but it won't feel heavy. Compared with the same level of Prince Lai Mao, it obviously feels much softer, but the sauce flavor is not prominent enough.

Another feature of Daqu is its pure taste, almost no miscellaneous flavor, and it will not dry the throat like prince wine. Although Lai Mao is slightly mixed and bitter, its flavor is purer than Daqu, and its richness and fullness are not obvious enough, which is not strong enough for old drinkers.

The method of identifying the authenticity of Guizhou Daqu

Zhenquanxing Daqu liquor is beautifully decorated, and the bottle is a square prism with a big top and a small bottom. The liquor has two trademarks when it leaves the factory. The background color of a trademark is all pure white, and there is a V-shaped orange ribbon in the upper part. Another trademark divides the background color into two parts, the upper part is pure white and the lower part is orange-red V-shaped decorative background color.

The registered trademark affixed to the bottle is a wine glass pattern with Quanxing Chinese phonetic alphabet on both sides. The name Quanxing is all seal script. The name of the factory was signed by Quanxing Distillery in Chengdu, Sichuan. The whole bottle of stickers is beautifully printed. The four Chinese characters of Quanxing Daqu, the award-winning badge and the ring-shaped wheat ear pattern are all embossed, which can be perceived by hand, and the patterns and handwriting are very clear.
