It can be compared with "Cantonese" sausage and is called "Rushi" sausage. Rugao sausage has the characteristics of neatness, tight meat quality, proper proportion of fat and thin, dryness and firmness.
3. Zhengchang smoked cake: Zhengchang smoked cake, a famous traditional cake of Han nationality in Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, was produced in Zhengchang Town, Tongzhou District, with a history of nearly 5 years.
4. Lusi jellyfish: Lusi jellyfish, a special aquatic product in Jiangsu, is rich in Qidong along the coast of Lusi, with a hemispherical blue-green and translucent body. Known for its high quality and fine processing, it is one of the "eight treasures of seafood" in China. The jellyfish tray made of white wine, coriander and pepper is crisp, transparent and refreshing.
5. Baipu Dried Tea: Baipu "Sanxiangzhai" Dried Tea (referred to as Baipu Dried Tea), which has a history of more than 3 years, is a famous traditional flavor local product in Rugao. "Baipu Tea Dried" is made of high-quality soybeans and various spices.
