In 1991

Chongqing Little Swan moved west to Chengdu, taking the first step in the Little Swan chain.

In 1994

Chongqing Little Swan's first franchise store opened in Tanggu, Tianjin. This store created a franchise miracle by recovering an investment of 2.4 million yuan in 7 months.

In 1995,

Little Swan USA was established and successively opened branches in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Olympia.

September 25, 1996
