5. The scope of goods and services that a natural person applies for trademark registration is limited to the business scope approved by its business license or relevant registration documents, or to the self-operated agricultural and sideline products.
6. The Trademark Office will not accept an application for trademark registration that does not conform to the provisions of Article 4 of the Trademark Law, and notify the applicant in writing. Where the applicant provides false materials to obtain trademark registration, the Trademark Office shall revoke the registered trademark.
7. The application time for ordinary trademark registration is 18 months, but according to the actual situation, the trademark registration time is generally 2-3 years. Eight, apply for the transfer of a trademark, the assignee is a natural person, should refer to the above matters. Collection of trademark registration certificate:
1. If it is obtained directly, the parties concerned must go to the trademark registration hall to obtain the trademark registration certificate. If an agency is entrusted, the Trademark Office will issue the agency a Trademark Registration Certificate, and the parties concerned will collect it from the agency.
2. Go directly to the trademark registration hall to get the required materials.
(1) If the applicant is a legal person or other organization, the following materials shall be submitted:
(1) Notice of obtaining the trademark registration certificate; If not, a copy of the subject qualification certificate (business license, ID card, etc.). ) sealed or signed by the applicant, and provide the trademark registration number and announcement period;
(2) Letter of introduction issued by the applicant;

5. If the trademark has been transferred, it shall be submitted to the Trademark Office for approval to transfer the trademark.
(2) If the applicant is a natural person, the following materials shall be submitted:
(1) Notice of obtaining the trademark registration certificate; If the Notice of Obtaining a Trademark Registration Certificate is not received, the trademark registration number and the announcement period shall be provided;
(2) the applicant's ID card and its photocopy (the original is returned after comparison);
