8. Enterprises whose annual inspection declaration and filing commitments are inaccurate.

Method 2: If the enterprise holds an electronic copy of the business license issued by the industrial and commercial department, it will be plugged into the USB interface of the computer and the password will be entered. The system automatically matches and confirms the identity of the enterprise, and the enterprise logs in to the user interface.
(II) Fill in the Annual Inspection Report for Industry and Commerce
After the enterprise logs in the user interface, click the "Fill in the Annual Inspection Report" button. The system will automatically match the corresponding annual inspection report according to the type of registered enterprise. In the process of filling in the annual inspection report online, the enterprise can click the "temporary storage" button to temporarily save the filled-in contents, and can log in repeatedly to supplement and modify the missing contents until it is confirmed that all the filled-in contents are accurate and complete.
(III) Declaration
Click the "Submit" button after the enterprise confirms that the contents are accurate and complete. The system will judge and calculate according to the required items and inter-table balance set in the online annual inspection report. If it does not meet the requirements, the enterprise will be automatically prompted to make supplementary amendments; If it meets the requirements, the enterprise will be prompted to declare the results.
(IV) Pre-examination
The industrial and commercial department will pre-examine the contents of the enterprise's declaration within 5 working days after it declares online annual inspection.
if the industrial and commercial department thinks that the contents declared by the enterprise are incomplete or wrong, it will inform the pre-trial results online and return them to the enterprise for modification; If it is considered that the enterprise's declaration content is complete and meets the annual inspection requirements, the pre-trial results will be informed online; If the enterprise is suspected of violating the laws, regulations or rules of industrial and commercial administration, it shall inform the pre-trial results online and require the enterprise to handle the annual inspection related matters at the designated industrial and commercial annual inspection window within the specified time.
(V) Inquiry of pre-qualification results
Enterprises log on to the online annual inspection user interface to inquire about pre-qualification information.
if the query result is "returned for modification", click "modify annual inspection report" to supplement and modify the contents of the online annual inspection report according to the opinions returned by the industrial and commercial departments.
if the query result is "view the pre-trial results", download and print the pre-trial annual inspection report according to the requirements of the notice, bring the materials listed in the notice, and go to the designated place to handle the annual inspection related matters within the specified time.
(VI) Review
The enterprise carries the pre-qualified annual inspection report and relevant annual inspection materials to the designated place for annual inspection and review. The industrial and commercial departments shall review their application materials according to law.

After the enterprise pays the industrial and commercial annual inspection fee, the industrial and commercial department stamps the original and duplicate (original) of the enterprise business license with the annual inspection stamp.
