A surprise inspection was conducted at a hardware and electrical appliance sales store at No. 81 Jiang Road. During the inspection, it was found that there were white and green switch electrical packaging boxes on the shelves in the store. Both the packaging boxes and the switch packaging inside the boxes were printed with the words "Chiming Bull" and a red bull head pattern, which were similar to the well-known trademark of Bull, and The store owner was unable to produce the purchase receipts and trademark registration certificates for the relevant products on site, and was suspected of trademark infringement. Industrial and commercial law enforcement officers took coercive measures to seize more than 500 "Chiming Bull" switches and sockets for sale in the store.

Subsequently, law enforcement officers rushed to Liangqing District and joined hands with the local industrial and commercial department to inspect a hardware and electrical appliances store located outside the Singapore City Community in Greater Shatin. On the shelves of the store, there are more than 40 boxes of yellow-packaged switches and sockets scattered. They found that the owner of the store, Mr. Huang, was counting items in the garage. After investigation, these two garages were warehouses used by Huang to store "Good Bull" switches and sockets. The outer packaging box, packaging box and the lower right side of the front of the product were all marked with the words "Good Bull" and a bull's head. pattern.

After on-site identification by the manufacturer's anti-counterfeiting personnel, these switches and sockets are crudely made and rough to the touch, and are knock-off products that infringe on the exclusive rights of the "Bull" registered trademark. Because Huang was unable to produce valid procedures such as purchase receipts and trademark registration certificates for the above-mentioned items on site, industrial and commercial law enforcement officers seized the above-mentioned items in accordance with the law. Currently, the case is under further investigation.
