1996-2000, the budding development stage.

April 1996: Winning the bid for Toppan Printing Factory, the largest printing company in Shenzhen, paved the way for Yuhetian to enter the field of property cleaning management.

October 1997: Yuhetian Company was officially registered and established, and Mr. Zhou Ping was appointed as the general manager of the company.

December 1997: Won the bid for Japan's Mabuchi Industrial Co., Ltd., the world's largest micro-motor manufacturer.

January 1998: Won the bid for Yantian Port, the largest port in Shenzhen.

July 1998: Won the bid for the 47-story Shenzhen Special Economic Zone News Building.

August 1998: Won the bid for Jindi Food Co., Ltd., the largest chocolate manufacturer in Shenzhen.

November 1998: Won the bid for Yilaite Air Conditioning Industrial Co., Ltd., the largest air conditioning manufacturer in Shenzhen.

December 1998: The company held the first "Essay Contest" for all employees.

November 1999: Obtained the Yuhetian trademark registration license.

May 1999: Obtained the "four pests" service license.

2000-2005, the summary and standardization stage.

December 2000: The company passed ISO9000 international quality standard certification.

August 2000: The company obtained the first batch of cleaning and disinfection licenses for domestic drinking water secondary water supply facilities in Shenzhen.

July 2001: The company’s first employee sports meeting was successfully held in OCT.

August 2001: The company’s headquarters office moved from Zhongshen Building to Cangsong Building in Chegongmiao.

March 2002: The company established a wholly-owned subsidiary - Shenzhen Jade Dragonfly Termite Control Co., Ltd.

May 2002: The company established a wholly-owned subsidiary - Yitianda Hotel Cleaning Products Co., Ltd.

May 2002: The company jointly established Shenzhen Haobangshou Chemical Co., Ltd. with the world-renowned chemical company Malaysian Haobangshou Chemical Co., Ltd.

August 2002: Obtained group membership of China Rodent and Sanitary Pest Control Association.

November 2002: Obtained membership of the Termite Control Professional Committee of the China Property Management Association.

April 2003: Obtained Shenzhen Termite Control Enterprise Qualification Certificate.

March 2004: The first Yuhetian Night University training class was launched, with general manager Zhou Ping as its principal.

May 2004: Shenzhen Labor and Social Security Bureau awarded the company the "Shenzhen Re-Employment Base Title".

October 2004: The company won the bid for China Resources Mixc, Asia's largest comprehensive shopping mall integrating shopping, sightseeing and leisure.

February 2005: Shenzhen Golden Maple Leaf Landscaping Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, was established.

April 2005: Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Labor and Social Security awarded the company the title of "Advanced Re-employment Enterprise".

2006-2012, the stage of practical sublimation.

January 2006: The company won the bid for Yantian International Container Terminal cleaning services.

February 2006: The company won the bid for the Beijing Happy Valley tourism project, a theme ecological park built by OCT Group.

March 2006: The company won the bid for the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, the largest single landmark building in Shenzhen.

April 2006: Beijing Yuhetian Environmental Management Services Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, was formally established.

May 2006: Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Labor and Social Security awarded our company the honorary title of "Shenzhen Advanced Unit for Medical Insurance Pilot for Labor Workers".

September 2006: The company's "6916 Operations and Management Seminar" was successfully held in Shenzhen's western maritime pastoral.

September 2006: The company passed the GB/ISO14001-OHS1800 environmental and occupational health and safety management audit of Shenzhen Huantong Quality Certification Center and obtained the quality certification certificate

November 2006 : The company's safety work summary and commendation meeting for the first half of the year was successfully held, with a total of 168 people including safety directors from various departments and safety officers from various projects.

2006 December: Shanghai Yuhetian Environmental Management Services Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, was officially established.

January 2007: The company's 2006 annual work summary and commendation meeting and the New Year's Eve Gala were held grandly in the Shenzhen City Hall, with a total of 1,288 attendees.

March 2007: Comrade Zhou Ping, general manager of the company, served as a member of the Fourth CPPCC Committee of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province.

March 2007: The company's third Sunshine Cup Essay Speech Finals was held in Room 509 of the company's headquarters. The company's project management department won the best organization award in this competition.

March 2007: The company won the bid for the Shenzhen subway cleaning project, in which our company took over the cleaning services of 13 stations.

June 2007: The company won the bid for the Shenzhen Happy Valley Tourism Project of Shenzhen Huaqiao Cheng Group, and our company took over all cleaning services.

March 2009: Chengdu Yuhetian Environmental Management Services Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, was formally established.

May 2009: The company entered more than 2.7 million square meters of municipal roads and 11 garbage transfer stations in Kunming City, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Kunming Yuhetian Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., was formally established.

January 2011: Signed a 10-year sanitation operation operation agreement with the Jiamusi Municipal Government, entered the Jiamusi municipal sanitation market, and successively invested in a large number of advanced sanitation equipment, a wholly-owned subsidiary - Jiamusi Yuhetian Environment Business Development Co., Ltd. was formally established.

March 2011: After being notified by the Universiade Organizing Committee, we won the bid for the Shenzhen Bay Sports Center for the opening ceremony/table tennis hall of the 26th Universiade.

May 2011: After receiving the notice from the Universiade Organizing Committee, we won the bid for the Cycling/Tennis Stadium of the 26th Universiade - Longgang Sports Center.

July 2011: Stationed in the sanitation project of Xingsha District, Changsha County, Hunan Province, mainly responsible for road cleaning of 1.592 million square meters and green space maintenance of 322,900 square meters in the county. A wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Yuhetian Environmental Development Co., Ltd., was established.

September 2011: Stationed in Mudanjiang City Aimin District Environmental Sanitation, mainly responsible for 35 main and secondary roads in the urban area, with a total area of ??more than 3 million square meters of road cleaning scope, a wholly-owned subsidiary—— Mudanjiang Yuhetian Environmental Development Co., Ltd. was officially established.

May 2012: Yuhetian Group signed a contract to acquire 100% equity of Tianjin Tianbao Garden Sanitation Development Co., Ltd., a first-level qualified garden company under the name of the original Tianbao Group.
