1) After the merchant obtains the change certificate approved by the industrial and commercial department, contact Alipay Company to change the company name (or legal representative) corresponding to Alipay account;

2) After the name (or legal representative) of the company corresponding to Alipay account is changed, the copy of the company's business license with the changed name, the copy of the change approval certificate issued by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, the copy of the tax registration certificate, the copy of the account opening certificate and the copy of the organization code certificate are stamped with the official seal of the new company, log in to the merchant center, and click "Merchant Information Maintenance"-"Qualification Management"-"Error Correction" from "Tmall Merchant Business Card" to upload the qualification.

Tips:

1. The name (or legal representative) of Tmall can only be changed after the change of Alipay account is completed;

2. Qualification needs to be uploaded at the corresponding entrance. For example, the "copy of the changed tax registration certificate" should be uploaded at the entrance of "copy or copy of the tax registration certificate (stamped with the red seal of the store opening company)". Since there is no corresponding entrance to the "Copy of the Certificate of Approval of Change issued by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau", please upload it together.
