You don't have to have a trademark for the things you process (medicines and tobacco products for human use need registered trademarks). "People's Republic of China (PRC) Product Quality Law" has the following requirements for product identification. It is suggested to study the full text of this law.

Article 27 The marks on the products or their packages must be true and meet the following requirements:

(a) product quality inspection certificate;

(2) Product name, manufacturer's name and address indicated in Chinese;

(three) according to the characteristics and requirements of the product, it is necessary to indicate the product specifications, grades, the names and contents of the main components, and indicate them in Chinese accordingly; If consumers need to know in advance, it shall be marked on the outer packaging, or relevant information shall be provided to consumers in advance;

(4) For products with restricted use, the production date, safe use period or expiration date shall be clearly indicated in a prominent position;

(five) products that are easily damaged or may endanger personal and property safety due to improper use shall have warning signs or Chinese warning instructions.
