Trademark change applications are charged according to category. Paper submission is 150 yuan per category for one trademark, and electronic submission is free.

According to the provisions of Article 41 of the "Trademark Law" and Articles 17 and 30 of the "Trademark Law Implementation Regulations", registered trademarks need to change the name, address or other registration of the registrant. If there are any matters involved, a change application should be submitted. If the applicant has submitted a registration application but has not been approved for registration, and if his or her name, address or other registration information changes, he or she shall apply to the State Intellectual Property Office for the corresponding change procedures.

Required materials for trademark change application:

1. The original application form stamped or signed by the applicant;

2. The original power of attorney stamped or signed by the applicant;

3. The applicant’s changed business license;

4. Proof of change of name of the applicant;

5. If you entrust an agency to submit, you must provide a trademark agency power of attorney.

Notes on applying for trademark change:

1. The trademark registrant should change all registered trademarks together, otherwise the Trademark Office will issue a supplement; If the registered trademark is no longer used by the applicant, it can be canceled;

2. If the applicant's name and address are changed, the changes can be made together and submitted in one application;

3. If the applicant’s name and address have changed multiple times, there is no need to handle it one by one, and the applicant can directly change to the latest name or address; when applying, all change certification documents proving the multiple name changes should be submitted;

4. If the exclusive right to use a trademark is transferred due to inheritance, business merger, merger or restructuring, etc., the transfer procedures must be completed.
