The municipal alcohol management department will provide a written reply within 20 days from the date of receipt of the application for the "Liquor Wholesale License". If approved, the license will be issued.
1. Those who apply for the "Liquor Production License" must meet the following conditions:
(1) The scope of application for the "Liquor Production License" is for legally established companies that comply with the "Liquor Production License" Production enterprises that meet the conditions specified in the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and the Shanghai Liquor Monopoly Management Regulations:
