After the trademark is registered, the obligee will not enjoy the exclusive right under any circumstances and will be deprived under certain circumstances. Article 44 of the Trademark Law stipulates that if the use of a trademark is stopped for three consecutive years, the Trademark Office shall order it to correct or revoke its registered trademark within a time limit.
