Enter the Trademark Network and select "Trademark Inquiry"

After entering the trademark network, there is a lot of relevant information to read. When you want to inquire about the trademark, you must click on the trademark inquiry to enter.

Select "trademark approximate query"

There are four options after entering the query interface. Select "trademark approximate query" to enter.

Fill in the query trademark information

The international classification number is the industry or product to which the trademark belongs.

The query method is the expression of the trademark you want to check.

The query type is the similarity with the trademark you want to check.

The content of the query is the name of the trademark you want to query.

Then enter the exit verification code to enter the next step.

Check the list of trademark information and select the approximate trademark you are looking for.

This step is the most important. Once it is found to be similar to the trademark you are looking for, it means that the trademark you want to register is actually very dangerous.

As shown in the figure, if "Haiyang Powder" wants to register this "Haiyang", 99% will be rejected.
