At present, trademark transfer does not need notarization. In order to prevent disputes in the process of transfer, it is best to do notarization. Notarization of trademark transfer requires the identity certificate, trademark certificate and transfer contract of the transferor. Notarization is to reduce the legal risk of transfer and standardize the transfer behavior. The Trademark Law clearly points out that the transferred registered trademark must be filed with the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the transfer without filing is deemed invalid. However, the Trademark Law does not stipulate the notarization of trademark transfer, and the relevant documents of the Trademark Office do not require this.
