Legal analysis: the original and photocopy of the plaintiff's own trademark registration certificate; Original and photocopy of the plaintiff's business license; Original and photocopy of the trademark owner's ID card; The physical samples of the infringing trademark (material evidence) and the physical samples of the infringed trademark; Contracts, delivery notes and other evidence that can prove the number of infringing trademarks used by the defendant.

Legal basis: Article 49 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) has the right to entrust an agent, apply for withdrawal, collect and provide evidence, argue, request mediation, file an appeal and apply for enforcement. The parties may consult the relevant materials of this case and copy the relevant materials and legal documents of this case. The scope and methods of consulting and copying relevant materials in this case shall be stipulated by the Supreme People's Court.
