According to Article 57 of the Trademark Law, selling goods that infringe the exclusive right to use a registered trademark, changing its registered trademark without the consent of the trademark registrant and putting the goods with changed trademarks on the market are all acts that infringe the exclusive right to use a registered trademark. According to Article 75 of the Regulations on the Implementation of the Trademark Law, deliberately providing storage and business premises for acts of infringing upon the exclusive right to use trademarks of others is an act of facilitating the implementation of infringement and constitutes an act of helping others infringe upon the exclusive right to use trademarks. Item b, simply buying goods that infringe the exclusive right to use a registered trademark does not constitute infringement.
