Brand them.
A: Trademark name and company name are protected by two different laws, and they are not related. The company is registered in the Industrial and Commercial Bureau, and the trademark is registered in the Trademark Office. The company is protected in the province where it is located. A province cannot have two companies with the same name, but it can leave the province. Trademarks are protected all over the country, and it is impossible to have the same trademark on the same product all over the country. So the trademark has nothing to do with the company name. The company name can be the same as the brand name. Unless a trademark name is the same as or similar to yours, and it is on the same commodity, you can sue others for infringement.
