2. Inertial dust removal: Inertial dust collector is also called inert dust collector. Its principle is to use the difference of inertia force between dust and gas in motion to separate dust and gas. Generally, some kind of obstacle is set in front of the dusty airflow, which makes the airflow direction change sharply. At this time, because the inertia force of dust is much greater than that of gas, dust particles are separated from the airflow, and the purified gas is discharged after changing direction sharply. ? The following figure shows several common vacuum cleaners. This dust collector has simple structure, low resistance (10-80mm water column) and low purification efficiency (40-80%). It is mostly used in the first stage of multi-stage purification, the concentration equipment in purification or in cooperation with other purification equipment.
According to its performance, cyclone dust collectors can be divided into the following four categories: 1, cyclone dust collectors in high suburbs, whose cylinder diameter is small and used to separate fine dust, and the dust removal efficiency is over 95%; 2. Large-flow cyclone dust collector, with large cylinder diameter, is used to deal with large airflow, and the dust removal efficiency is 50-80%; 3. The air handling capacity of general cyclone dust collector is moderate, and the dust removal efficiency fluctuates between 70% and 85% due to different structural forms. 4. Explosion-proof cyclone dust collector has explosion-proof valve and explosion-proof function.
According to the structural form, cyclone dust collector can be divided into long cone type, cylinder type, diffusion type and bypass type. The structure has nothing to do with the working principle of dust removal.
