Article 1 In order to regulate the production, use and management of the emblem of the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, these Measures are formulated in accordance with the Constitution of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese.

Article 2 The emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese is the symbol and special symbol of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese. The emblem of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese consists of five connected yellow heart-shaped red five-pointed stars and the full name of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese in both Chinese and English. It symbolizes the commitment of overseas Chinese on five continents to the motherland, and the Overseas Chinese Federation contacts and unites returned overseas Chinese and their relatives, and strives for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Article 3 The emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese is divided into the emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese 1, the emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese 2, the emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese 3 and the emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese 4. Article 5 The emblems of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese 3 and China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese 4 are common organizational forms for returned overseas Chinese at all levels. Overseas Chinese federations at all levels, as members of the Overseas Chinese Federation, can use it according to the relevant provisions of these measures, and should strengthen the publicity and management of the use of the emblem. Overseas Chinese organizations at all levels use the emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, mainly for the following occasions:

When using the emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese at all levels, the names of units using the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese should be clearly standardized on the same side of the emblem.

Article 6 The use of the emblem of the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese in China by various departments, directly affiliated institutions, associations and internal committees of the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese in China shall be approved by the competent leaders of the Federation and reported to the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese in China.

Overseas Chinese organizations and associations at all levels may use the emblems of China Overseas Chinese Federation 3 and China Overseas Chinese Federation 4 in accordance with the relevant provisions of these Measures with the approval of the competent Overseas Chinese Federation.

Article 7 The use of the emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese by enterprises affiliated to China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese must be examined by the General Office of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and reported to the competent leader for approval before it can be used. Enterprises affiliated to overseas Chinese federations at all levels may use the emblems of China Overseas Chinese Federation 3 and China Overseas Chinese Federation 4 according to the relevant provisions of these Measures with the approval of the competent overseas Chinese Federation, but they must strictly abide by the relevant provisions on the use of the emblems.

Article 8 The use of the emblem of the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese shall be serious and solemn, and the authority, seriousness and consistency of the emblem of the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese shall be maintained, and it shall not be vulgarized. The emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese shall not be used or disguised for trademarks, commercial advertisements and commercial activities, and shall not be used in inappropriate occasions. The emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese is defaced, faded or does not meet the production requirements.

Ninth non China Overseas Chinese organizations and units shall not use the emblem of China Overseas Chinese Federation without authorization. Overseas Chinese organizations at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of the production and use of the emblem of the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese. Anyone who uses the emblem of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese without the consent of China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese will be investigated for legal responsibility.
