Where to search for trademarks?

Trademark inquiries can be found at the Trademark Office.

The trademark search method is as follows:

1. Search directly through the trademark registration certificate issued by the Trademark Office. There is a number in the upper right corner of the trademark registration certificate. This number is the trademark. The application number is also a registration number. You can check it by logging into the website of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China and entering the trademark query interface. Follow the relevant text prompts and enter the registration number. Generally, trademark applicants with registration numbers can choose comprehensive inquiry or status inquiry to view trademark information;

2. You can directly go to the Trademark Office to submit a trademark inquiry application and pay the trademark inquiry fee before conducting the inquiry;

3. You can also entrust a formal trademark agency registered with the National Trademark Office to query the trademark registration number. At the same time, just pay the corresponding inquiry fee.

When an enterprise applies for a trademark, it can go to the registration hall of the Trademark Office by itself, or it can entrust a trademark agency to handle the trademark application. Enterprises should search and query the trademark pattern they are trying to apply for to determine whether there is a previously applied trademark for the pattern they are trying to apply for. The query method is also very simple. Search "Trademark Office" on Baidu and enter the trademark name in the comprehensive trademark query. If the query is found, it proves that it has been registered. If there is no record, it has not been registered.
