1. To buy a trademark, you must have a business license. Another thing is to prepare money for buying trademarks. Personal purchase needs to be prepared: personal ID card+business license of individual industrial and commercial households; Company purchase needs to be prepared: company business license and official seal.

2. A registered trademark must also have a business license. The materials required to register a trademark are as follows:

(2) Signed trademark application;
