I don't know what kind of camera you are, but I can tell you a way. You can set it to the highest pixel, and then aim it as close as possible, but make sure it is clear and accurate. Although it's not a macro body, you can put it too big on the computer and then cut it out to get the washing mark with similar macro shooting effect.
