From September 18th to September 27th, 2020, I participated in SIYB teacher training in Chongqing. This training is high-intensity and has a large amount of knowledge. The lecturer teaches during the day and does homework in the evening. The following is about each day Organizing course notes.

What is management? According to the Chinese language, the answer is: management and directorship capabilities.
The main content of the first half of the course on the first day is to form a team. Why form a team? In fact, the significance of forming a team in any future training mainly has the following three aspects: rapport, improved efficiency and strength come from the team.
SIYB (Start and Improve Your Business) is the most popular training program in China.

In the early 1990s, ILO (International Labor Organization) funded the development of the "Start Your Business" training product in Fiji and the country, referred to as: SYB
