Because of parents' job transfer, housing relocation or other reasons, students' household registration moves out of the service area of the original school, and the journey is far from the original school, the parents or other guardians of the students apply to the transfer school, and the transfer school and its competent education administrative department can transfer to other schools after reviewing and agreeing to the transfer application form. The graduating class will not accept transfer in principle next semester.
1. Transfer application form in quadruplicate (different from the education administrative department of the transfer school) or in triplicate (the same as the education administrative department of the transfer school);
2. Local students are required to provide: household registration book and real estate license (keep a copy after verification);
3. Job transfer needs to be provided: the job transfer form and household registration book of both parents;

When children of migrant workers enter public schools, they need to provide: the original household registration book and their parents' ID cards, the labor contract or business license signed by one parent and the employing unit, and the temporary residence permit or real estate license of both parents for more than half a year; Admission requirements of private schools: original and photocopy of household registration book;

Foreign children or children from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan need to provide: children's passport or mainland pass, mainland pass, Fuzhou temporary residence permit, proof of students' study in foreign schools or schools in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, proof of parents' identity, notarization of Fuzhou guardian, ID card and household registration book;

National, provincial and municipal policy care objects need to provide corresponding certification materials.
Transfer out:
1. Transfer application form in quadruplicate (different from the education administrative department of the transfer school) or in triplicate (the same as the education administrative department of the transfer school);
Household registration book (keep a copy after verification).
All the above are required to provide originals and copies.
