It does not mean that the trademark transfer will be approved 100%, and there may be situations where it will not be accepted.

Go to the National Trademark Office for registration of trademark transfer. The following situations may not be accepted:

1. Failure to use the trademark transfer regulations as required.

2. Entrusting Zhejiang trademark agency to handle the matter, but failing to stamp or sign the power of attorney.

3. The registration number or application number is not filled in, or there is an error in the filled-in registration number.

4. The transferor or transferee did not sign or seal the form

5. The transferor or transferee’s name and the name of the transferee were not filled in simplified Chinese. Address etc.

6. The category of the trademark is not filled in or is filled in incorrectly

7. No relevant supporting documents or legal documents are provided

8. Application form and power of attorney , The seal or signature of the transferee, assignee or principal of the contract does not comply.

9. The printing is not clear enough and cannot be identified.

10. Trademark transfer inquiries from foreign companies are not accompanied by Chinese abbreviations.
