if the mobile phone does not receive messages after being turned on or restarted, this is a normal phenomenon, because the applications are not started after being restarted, and messages cannot be received at this time. Please start the application to see if the message received is normal.

If you are using a Huawei mobile phone, WeChat can't receive a message reminder after running in the background or the screen of the mobile phone is turned off for a period of time, but you can see these messages after entering the application. Please check according to the following methods:

1. Please update the mobile phone system and application version to the latest version

(1) It may be that the old version of the application is not compatible with the latest system version of the mobile phone, so please update the application to the latest version in Huawei application market or official website.

(2) Some application adaptations may require the version of the mobile phone system. Please check and update the version of the mobile phone system:

Enter the mobile phone settings, search for software updates or system updates, and click Check Update. If there is a new version, it is recommended that you back up your data in advance (third-party communication applications need to be backed up separately) and upgrade to the latest version in time.

2. Please turn on the application message notification authority

(1) Turn on the notification authority of the mobile phone

3. Keep the network unblocked

(1) It may be that the networking permission of the application has been closed

Enter the mobile phone housekeeper and click Traffic Management > Application networking, find the application, and check the mobile data and WLAN options.

(2) It may be that you have turned on the traffic saving mode, so you can't receive the message

Enter the mobile phone housekeeper, and click Traffic Management >; Flow saving mode (intelligent flow saving), turn off the flow saving mode or intelligent flow saving switch. If you don't want to turn off the traffic saving mode, you can find the application under the list of applications that are not limited by data consumption and turn on the switch.

(3) It may be that the mobile phone cannot automatically use the mobile data connection without WLAN. Please turn on the WLAN/ mobile data connection switching prompt or always turn on the mobile data switch.

HarmonyOS & EMUI 8.X/9.X /1.X /11.: Search and enter the mobile network/mobile data in the settings, and select Advanced >; WLAN/ mobile data connection switching prompt; Click to change the status to automatically use mobile data connection.

Warm reminder: After setting this option, there will be no prompt for switching to mobile data. Please pay attention to the traffic consumption of mobile data in time.

(4) It may be that the mobile phone is disconnected from the Internet when it is dormant, resulting in no message. Please turn on the switch of always maintaining network connection when sleeping.

4. Please turn on the permission to run the application in the background.

It may be that the application can't run in the background or the application was cleaned up when cleaning up the background, resulting in no message being received.

(1) Allow applications to start themselves and run in the background

to enter the mobile phone manager >; Start management (application start management), turn off the automatic management switch of this application, and turn on Allow self-start, Allow associated start, and Allow background activities.

(2) Lock the multitasking interface

Harmony OS&; EMUI 9.X and above: enter the multitasking interface, select the application, and slide down the application. When the lock icon is displayed in the upper right corner of the application, it means that the application has been locked, and if it slides down again, it will be unlocked;

EMUI8.X and below: enter the multitasking interface, select the application and click the lock icon. When the lock changes from the open state to the closed state, it means that the application has been locked. Click it again to unlock it.

5. Please confirm whether the power optimization function is turned on

(1) It may be that you closed the application manually when the system was awakened by high power consumption.

it is recommended that you choose not to prompt again when there is a reminder of high power consumption of the application, and don't close the application directly. (some mobile phones do not support high power consumption reminder, please refer to the actual situation of the mobile phone)

(2) It may be that you have turned on power saving mode and super power saving.

it is recommended that you enter the settings > Battery, turn off the switch of power saving mode and super power saving.

(3) battery optimization is allowed to be ignored

harmony OS&; EMUI 9.X and above: enter the mobile phone settings, search for battery optimization, click on the small triangle, select all applications, find the application, and set it as disallowed;

EMUI 8.X and below: enter the mobile phone settings, search and ignore battery optimization, click the small triangle, select all applications, find the application, and set it to allow.

6. Please confirm whether the smart maintenance rules of mobile phone housekeeper have not been updated

It may be that the smart maintenance rules of mobile phone housekeeper have not been updated, and it is suggested that you follow the following methods:

(1) Enter the mobile phone housekeeper, click the setting icon (gear button) in the upper right corner and turn on the smart maintenance switch;

(2) enter the settings, search into the application management, find the mobile phone housekeeper, and click Save > Delete data. Keep the network unblocked, open the mobile phone housekeeper, wait for its self-check, and restart the mobile phone after the final score appears.

Tip: This operation will restore other settings of the mobile phone housekeeper, so I suggest you set it again.

7. Please uninstall and reinstall the application and try

(1) uninstall the third-party mobile phone housekeeper application

The third-party mobile phone housekeeper software may manage the application. Please confirm whether there are other third-party software such as mobile phone housekeepers or security guards installed on the mobile phone, and suggest deleting the third-party software or putting it in the trust list.

(2) uninstalling and reloading the application
