Xiamen Gulong Sauce Cultural Park was funded by Xiamen Gulong Food Co., Ltd. and opened to the public in early 213. Nearly 6, traditional sauce jars-Gulong owns the largest traditional soy sauce brewing threshing ground in Asia, with a total area of nearly 5, square meters, which has been recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. Gu Long has always insisted on the production of sauce by traditional ancient sauce technology and used it in canned food production. This sauce-brewing technology has condensed the cultural history of China sauce for more than 3, years, and has been listed in Xiamen's "Intangible Cultural Heritage" project.

Gulong, founded in 1954, is a large state-owned food enterprise with three national honors, namely "China Export Famous Brand", "China Famous Brand" and "China Well-known Trademark". Gulong meat sauce is served with nutritious mushrooms and selected pork. There are many ways to eat bibimbap, noodles, stir-fry and steamed bread, including whole meat and mushrooms!
