China National Intellectual Property Administration issued a notice today (14th) to crack down on malicious registered trademarks such as "Bingdundun" and "Gu Ailing". China National Intellectual Property Administration rejected 429 applications for trademark registration, such as No.41128524 "Bingdundun" and No.62453532 "Gu Ailing", according to Article 1, paragraph 1 (8) of the Trademark Law, and registered No.41126916 "according to Article 44, paragraph 1, of the Trademark Law.
