Nowadays, more and more physical businesses are turning to open online stores, but the entry barriers of various e-commerce platforms are not low, especially in Tmall and JD.COM. If they want to enter, they must have a trademark. So, what are their requirements for trademarks? The following small series lists the requirements for you to settle in.

Trademark requirements for entering Tmall

1. Without obtaining the Trademark Registration Certificate or the Trademark Acceptance Notice issued by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Tmall will not accept the application for brand opening (except for some imported goods);

2. Tmall does not accept the application for registration of pure graphic trademarks, because such trademarks cannot name the store name and store domain name.

Not only do you need to have your own brand to settle in Tmall, but whether the trademark you hold is R mark or TM mark has an impact on the amount of deposit you need to pay when you settle in Tmall.

Merchants need to pay a deposit when operating in Tmall. The deposit is mainly used to ensure that the merchants operate according to Tmall's rules, and to pay liquidated damages to Tmall and consumers according to Tmall service agreement and relevant rules and regulations when the merchants violate the rules. The deposit is different according to the store attributes, and the amount is as follows:

1, brand flagship stores and specialty stores: RMB 65,438+RMB 10,000 with TM trademark, all of which are RMB 50,000 with R trademark;

2. Franchisee: 6.5438 yuan +0.5 million yuan with TM trademark, all 6.5438 yuan +0.5 million yuan with R trademark.

Merchants who want to settle in JD.COM and JD.COM Mall must submit relevant trademark certificates, including trademark registration certificate, notice of trademark acceptance, or authorization for trademark use. JD.COM Mall's trademark requirements are as follows:
