In-mold labeling?

In-mold labeling means that when plastic containers are processed by injection molding and blow molding, the in-mold trademark is first attached to the inner surface of the mold by a manipulator, and when plastic containers are inflated or injection molded, the inner surface of the trademark is bonded to the outer wall of the container by using the heat energy of the raw materials, while the outer printed surface is stable, and the good effect of trademark printing can be maintained.

Advantages of in-mold trademark:

1. Good visual effect; In-mold trademarks are closely embedded with the outer surface of the container without gaps, and are integrated with the container itself, and the paste is firm.

2. It has a certain anti-counterfeiting effect. Due to the high production cost of in-mold labeling itself and the fact that the robot system needs to complete the bidding work during use, there are certain thresholds in terms of capital and technology.

3. Excellent recycling performance; In-mold trademark is made of polyolefin materials. Can be crushed and reused together with the container without peeling. No secondary pollution occurred.

4. After many tests, our company has successfully applied multiple anti-counterfeiting technologies such as code anti-counterfeiting, micro-writing, holographic aluminum washing, etc. to label inside the film, which has played a good anti-counterfeiting effect on packaging.

In-mold labels are suitable for toys, stationery, gifts, daily necessities, baby products, cosmetics, cleaning products, petrochemical products, dairy products, food and beverage containers made of PE and PP.
