The Development Course of Duck Nan'an
Duck Nan'an is a local native product, formerly known as "Yan", which was first born in Fangwutang, Nan 'an House, Jiangxi North Road in Ming Dynasty (outside the east gate of Dayu County). It has a history of more than 500 years, and people in Dayu County still use this name. 1905 became a commodity sold to Hong Kong and Macao and resold to Singapore, Malaysia and other places. It is a delicacy in Southeast Asian countries and a treasure of friends and relatives, and it is very popular in Southeast Asian countries. Nan 'an was registered as a trademark in 1980, hence the name Duck Nan'an.

Duck Nan'an is made of Dayu duck meat, and it won the silver prize in Panama World Expo in 192 1. 198 1 year, 1985, 1989, 1993 won the Jiangxi Provincial Quality Product Award for four consecutive years, and 1986 won the Ministry Excellence Award and the National Silver Award. Duck Nan'an was included in the book Poultry and Traditional Poultry Products by China Food Corporation, and was listed as one of the four traditional salted ducks in China (Duck Nan'an, Jiangxi, Fujian Jian 'ou, Jiangsu Nanjing and Sichuan Jianchang). Duck Nan'an is known as the "King of Wax", and Duck Nan'an is a delicacy in the south of the Yangtze River, especially in the south of Jiangxi, and a famous tourist product.
