Daishan Penglai Xianzhi is a specialty of Daishan County, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. Penglai Xianzhi is one of the traditional famous teas in Zhejiang Province. It is bright yellow-green in color, delicate in appearance, clear and blue in color, and aromatic and mellow.

Daishan Mountain, formerly known as "Penglai", faces Mount Putuo across the sea. Xu Fu passed through Daishan Mountain on his way east to seek immortality, and tasted the tea "Penglai Xianzhi", hence the name. "Penglai Xianzhi" has a history of more than 300 years. It is famous for its unique aroma, fresh taste and sweet aftertaste of island tea, and its reputation is growing day by day. This tea was named Zhejiang Famous Tea in 1980 and won the Provincial Agricultural Expo Quality Award in 2003. In 2005, it won the title of Zhoushan City Famous Brand Product. In 2007, it received the Class A Green Food Label Certificate issued by the National Green Food Development Center. In 2008, it won the silver medal in the "China Green Cup" famous green tea competition.
