A, weak current construction management
Weak current engineering construction is a comprehensive management work, the key lies in its coordination and organization function, and also includes the management contents of other professions. Its main contents are as follows:
1. Progress management of weak current construction
The progress management of weak current construction determines the organization of construction personnel, the supply of equipment, and the timing of cooperation between weak current project and civil engineering and decoration project during the whole construction period. Usually, it must be checked and managed by establishing a project schedule. The preparation of weak current construction schedule is based on the construction sequence, which mainly includes the following stages, namely, building installation drawing design (deepening secondary design), pipeline construction, equipment (incoming goods) acceptance, equipment installation, debugging, initial opening and acceptance.
The work in each stage of weak current construction is as follows:
1) field installation stage
(1) civil engineering coordination stage: floor holes and wall holes are reserved according to the embedded parts required by various systems marked on the civil engineering professional drawings, and concealed pipes are embedded according to the plane pipeline laying drawings of various weak current projects. (2) Mechanical and electrical equipment installation stage: laying open wires such as bridge, main pipe and branch pipe according to the plane pipeline laying diagram of each system. (3) The weak current construction team shall make technical disclosure for the electromechanical equipment installation unit of the civil special construction unit, cooperate with the on-site installation, and negotiate with the electromechanical equipment supplier for technical connection. (4) The civil construction unit shall provide the weak current construction team with the hydropower conditions needed for construction, and provide a working platform for working at heights. (5) The supplier of mechanical and electrical equipment shall provide technical documents and drawings such as the reserved measuring point position and connector specifications of the mechanical and electrical equipment body, the principle and wiring mode of components entering each system, the principle of intelligent equipment, communication interface, etc., and undertake technical cooperation. (6) The design unit shall be responsible for the design modification during weak current construction.
2) Debugging stage
(1) debugging of weak current system software before entering the site. (2) The alignment of weak current system hardware before entering the site. (3) Control the monomer adjustment of weak current equipment. (4) Cold calibration of software and hardware in weak current engineering site. (5) Debugging of weak current subsystem. (6) The electromechanical equipment installation unit shall cooperate with the on-site debugging personnel of the subsystem to complete the debugging work.
2. Weak current construction interface management
The units involved in weak current construction mainly include weak current general contractor, weak current subsystem subcontractor and weak current construction company. It is also very important to coordinate with the owner, installation supervisor, weak current supervisor (supervisor), decoration contractor and construction contractor in the construction process.
The central content of construction interface management is the division and coordination of weak current system engineering construction, electromechanical equipment installation engineering and decoration engineering construction in its engineering construction content interface. In particular, there are many interfaces between intelligent building management system and electromechanical equipment and independent subsystems. Generally, it is managed by the way of dispatching meetings of project leaders of each subsystem, and a document reporting system is established. All measures are recorded, modified and coordinated in writing.
