First, the mixing process
1, plastic refining
Raw rubber has a certain elasticity. In order to facilitate the process operation, it is necessary to reduce the elasticity of raw rubber and increase the plasticity of raw rubber to make it a flexible and plastic rubber.
Generally, there are open mill plasticization, internal mixer plasticization and extruder plasticization. Our factory uses internal mixer to plasticize.
Step 2: seasoning
Rubber compound is a process of accurately weighing and preparing all kinds of raw materials for rubber according to the requirements of the formula table. It is an important working procedure of rubber compound mixing, and the accuracy of material weighing will directly affect the processability of rubber compound.
The purpose of mixing: (1) make the compounding agent evenly dispersed in the raw rubber, so as to obtain the rubber with uniform quality. (2) Make the compound have proper plasticity to ensure the smooth processing.
Second, tread extrusion.
The hot-rolled rubber compound is extruded, and the rubber compound passes through the die plate at the exit of the extruder head to make rubber strip with tread section and shape. This process is called tread extrusion.
Tread extrusion process:
Hot refining → glue supply → extrusion → marking → cooling → cutting to length → weighing inspection → warehousing.
Third, curtain and canvas calendering
Curtain canvas calendering is to paste glue on both sides of the white thread as the carcass skeleton material, so that the skeleton material becomes an operable, conformable and moldable elastomer.
At present, there are three calendering methods: single-sided gluing, single-sided gluing and pressure gluing.

Fourth, tire molding.
The process of putting the semi-finished products of various parts of the tire on the molding machine to synthesize a complete tire is called tire molding.
Molding quality has a great influence on tire quality, because there are many manual operations and complicated procedures. If there are some quality problems, such as cloth tube tilting upwards, bubbles between cloth layers, steel ring tilting, tread pad tilting or passbook exposure, sundries, etc., the tire will have shoulder gap, shoulder cracking, delamination, steel wire pull-up and other problems after vulcanization or during use.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) tire vulcanization
Tire vulcanization is the last process of tire manufacturing, and it also has a decisive influence on the main physical properties of finished products. Usually, the embryo is placed in a model with a certain outline and pattern. On the one hand, steam passes through the mold, on the other hand, superheated water enters the water tire or capsule, so that the outer tire is vulcanized by heating at the same time. Process flow:
Curing machine: green tire → curing → cooling after inflation → inspection and warehousing.
Tire vulcanization can be divided into vulcanizing tank and vulcanizing machine according to different vulcanizing equipment. Among them, the vulcanizing tank equipment has simple structure, small floor space and large output, but it has high energy consumption, high labor intensity, high automation degree of vulcanizing machine, low labor intensity, low heat consumption and good product quality. The disadvantage is that the equipment cost is high and it is not easy to change the product specifications. According to the requirements of nylon tires, vulcanizing tanks should be eliminated, and machine-belt tanks are the future development direction. At present, there are 7 vulcanizers in normal operation.
Six, inner tube manufacturing process
Process flow:
The purpose of inner tube rubber filtration is to remove impurities from the rubber mixture and ensure that the inner tube has good air tightness and tear resistance. The inner tube is vulcanized at high temperature for a short time. Common quality problems in the production and use of inner tube;
Impurities, bubbles, joint cracks or thin seams, or uneven thickness, discount, valve nozzle defects, etc. If found, most of these quality problems are caused by improper operation in the production process or equipment rubber problems.
