What is the difference between TM and circled R?

The TM mark indicates that the trademark has been submitted for registration and received an acceptance notice, but has not yet received the trademark registration certificate and has entered the opposition period. This prevents others from filing duplicate applications and also means that existing trademark holders have priority. At this time, the trademark does not have compulsory protection by law (except for the trademarks of some well-known enterprises); R means a registered trademark, which means that a trademark registration certificate has been obtained and is subject to compulsory protection by the relevant intellectual property laws of the place of registration. Without authorization, others may not use this trademark. The R in the circle is the first letter of English register.
