One: Different stability
When the name or address of a company or company legal person changes, the trademark should also be changed accordingly; Personal identity cards are generally unchanged, and trademarks do not need to be changed, which is relatively stable.
Two: different ownership
The trademark ownership in the company name belongs to the company, and the enterprise legal person or enterprise shareholder does not enjoy the exclusive right to use the registered trademark. When the company is cancelled, the trademark is invalid, and the trademark belongs to the company's property and needs liquidation; Trademarks under personal names belong to individuals only, and the establishment or cancellation of enterprises has no influence on trademark pairs.
Three: the required information is different.
1, the registered trademark of the company stipulates:
(1) Copy of the permit with official seal;
(2) Trademark design.
2. Providing a registered trademark in the name of an individual:
(1) Signature of copy of self-employed license;
(2) Signature of a copy of the ID card of an individual (i.e. self-employed);
(3) Trademark design.
Note: Personal ID card is not required for application by individual industrial and commercial households. In addition, foreign individuals from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can apply for trademarks directly with their passports.
Fourth, ownership control is different.
1, a trademark registered in the name of the company, which is decided by the company to use and dominate;
2. Trademarks registered in the name of individuals are relatively concentrated, and individuals enjoy the exclusive right to use and control the trademarks.

Differences in the registration process
1. Give the trademark name that an individual or enterprise needs to apply for and the category that needs to be registered to the trademark agent, and the agent will evaluate the passing rate of the trademark. Direct application with high pass rate, renaming the trademark with low pass rate and re-evaluating;
2. A copy of the business license of the enterprise shall be stamped with the official seal and submitted to the trademark agent in the form of a scanned copy. Individuals provide scanned copies of business licenses of individual industrial and commercial households and personal identity cards;
3. Sign the Trademark Agency Power of Attorney with official seal or signature;
4. Pay the trademark application fee to the agent;
5. The agent submits an application for trademark registration;
6. You can get the notice of trademark application acceptance in about one month.
7. Enter the waiting time of about half a year. After the trademark registration has passed the preliminary examination, it will enter the announcement. After the end of the 3-month announcement period, register the announcement and then issue a trademark certificate. In the end, the right to use this trademark will still be owned by individuals or enterprises.
