Documents or information required for trademark registration 1) Applicant’s name, address and registration place (if the applicant is a company)
2) Six copies of the trademark pattern (if it is not a pattern, only one copy is required)
3) A detailed list of products or services using the proposed trademark, and the categories to be registered

5) Priority documents, such as applying for priority registration
6) Application Documents do not need to be notarized
7) There is no need to provide samples of trademark use
The Intellectual Property Office will begin the review approximately 10 weeks after the application is submitted. After the review is passed, a special preliminary review announcement will be made. Objections can be raised within 3 months from the date of the preliminary review announcement. If there is no objection or the objection is rejected, the application will be approved for registration, and the original application date will be the date when the rights begin. Usually, the entire registration process takes 12-20 months.
